Compliance with Ethical Standards
: Preparation for data collection was started by gaining institution agreement from Tallinn University, Estonia. In addition, we sought and were granted approval for the study by the School of Governance, Law and Society, Tallinn University, Estonia. Also, connecting to the participants to negotiate their voluntary participation in the study was not an easy task. This is because some of the participants were much concerned about how the data were going to be managed and protected. To overcome these challenges, we comprehensively explained the ethical considerations, and how the data were to be managed and protected to all the participants before the conduct of the interviews. Therefore, participation in the study was based on the consent of all the research participants.
