: Data of this study were collected online. Therefore, informed consents were also obtained online since (a) face to face interviews were not possible due to the lockdown, and (b) the researchers aimed to reach as many participants in different provinces of the country as possible. Verbal informed consent was obtained prior to the interview. No identifying information has been asked, collected, or recorded.
