: Given that study 1 used an existing data set, we did not seek approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB). The data from the case study conformed to the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Amsterdam. Individuals who participated in the original study received a monetary compensation of 7.5 USD an hour for their participation. Study 2 was approved by the local ethics board of the University of Amsterdam (registration number FMG-8375). All individuals were treated in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Individuals who participated in study 2 received a monetary compensation of 8.25 GBP for their participation.
