: All mouse experiments described in this study were conducted in strict accordance with the Principles “US Government Principles for the Utilization and Care of Vertebrate Animals Used in Testing, Research and Training.” The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Guanghua School of Stomatology Sun Yat-sen University (license number 2021–126). All efforts were made to minimize suffering and ensure the highest ethical and humane standards. The mice were euthanized with an intraperitoneal injection of 5% chloral hydrate.
