: This project, Periods are Wild, is an independently authored reflective study exploring gender, inclusion, and wellbeing in outdoor education. As an independent researcher, I conducted this work in alignment with the ethical principles outlined in the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2018) and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2023 update).
: Participation in this project, Periods are Wild, was entirely voluntary. All contributors were provided with clear information regarding the purpose, scope, and intended use of the project prior to involvement. Participants were informed that their experiences, stories, and reflections would be used to explore and illuminate themes of gender, inclusion, and wellbeing in outdoor education.
