: The research study that underpins this publication has ethical approval provided by the relevant authorities. With human participants involved in the research, informed consent was obtained from the responsible administration committee of the selected public school as well as from the possible participants by first describing the nature of study in the orientation session. Details about the research were included in a Participant Information and Consent Sheet.
