: The Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD) oversaw the initial ethical clearance of this research. It forbade the disclosure of the demographic characteristics of the participants since these details can provide clues to identifying respondents and their experiences. We neither distinguished participants by their age, gender, or level of education nor linked any such information to our findings. All participants read the relevant informed consent forms and agreed to participate in the research. The research institution wrote to seek permission from the research universities in Ghana with which it collaborates.
