: The data collection was approved by the university’s Internal Review Board (ECS-190418-190521) and in accordance with the Netherlands Code of Conduct for Research Integrity and the Code of Ethics drawn up by Nethics. All participants, and their caregivers when children were under sixteen 16 years old, gave active informed consent to participate in the study.

: The program was designed by five independent educational professionals with many years of experience in educating and coaching teachers, as well as in designing teaching materials (Anniek Verhagen, Femke van der Ster, Rick Bloemberg, Klaartje Schungel, and Ronald Kielman). The development team had monthly meetings in a consortium with two authors (E. d. V. and G. H.) who coordinated the process. The authors declare no competing interests.
