: Since this is a retrospective case report and the patient’s participation was limited to routine medical care, consent was not required. However, the patient was informed and gave consent for publication of anonymized data.
: A written consent was obtained from the patient. She is aware of all data revealed in the manuscript. The patient is fully aware of her condition and recognizes the significance of sharing her rare clinical presentation for the benefit of improving medical understanding and patient care.
