: This research did not involve experiments on human subjects and thus did not seek IRB approval. For the machine learning model, we used existing online datasets available from other studies, as indicated in the Data Availability statement. As for the readings from the wristband and their comparison to commercial devices, they were performed on one member of the research team who volunteered to wear the wristband, for proof-of-concept validation.
