: This observational case-control study was approved by the institutional Internal Ethical Committee (IEC) of the School of Dental Sciences, MRIIRS, Faridabad, India (letter no. MRIIRS/MRDC/FDS/IEC/2022/07 dated 12.05.2022).
: A separate Patient Informed Consent Form (PICF) and Patient Information Sheet (PIS) in English and the Local language Hindi, were prepared and approved by the Ethical Committee meeting on 12.05.2022. The Patient information sheet explained in brief the study protocol and how the samples would be obtained. The sample and filled forms are with the corresponding author and can be made available through simple requisition mail to daxabraham.mrdc@mrei.ac.in.
