: Acacia seeds were collected from wild forests and seedlings generated at field site by the researcher.Wild seeds of prunus were obtained from Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute (EBI) and seedlings were produced at EBI experimental sites and transported for field use. Apple seedlings were brought from farmers training center (FTC) nearby the study site. All the experiments were done following the national guidelines. There are no ethical issues associated with plants used during this experiment. The collection of the plants used in the study complies with local or national guidelines with no need for further affirmation.
