: The cultivation of potato crop was done in the agricultural research farm Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India by the Vimal Kumar (First authors) itself. During the study, field crop experiments were conducted without harming the plant. The collection of potato tuber seeds was done dated 05 September 2014 from the seed distribution company Kachhawa Mandi limited, Varanasi, India. The potato tuber seed material identified by the department of horticulture, Institute of agriculture science, BHU, India and they listed the varietal name and ID: E-3797. The authors confirm that all methods were carried out by relevant guidelines and regulations laid down by the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India established through the act of parliament, for the cultivation of crops their sample collection, storage, processing as well as the laboratory analysis need to be carried out on plants.
