: This research, titled “Promoting Healthy Living Through the Conversion of Exercise Energy into Battery Charging , ” received ethical clearance with exempted status from the Research Ethics Committee of Bina Nusantara University (Approval No. 067 A/VRRTT/III/2025, issued March 20, 2025) which can be accessed at . The committee determined that the study met the criteria for exemption as it posed minimal risk to participants, involved no vulnerable populations, and did not collect sensitive personal data. All data were anonymized and securely stored to protect confidentiality.
