: The study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of Lovely Professional University (IEC-LPU), India (Registration No: EC/NEW/INST/2022/3110). Approval Reference Number: LPU/IEC-LPU/2025/1/2. The dataset used in this study was obtained from a collaborating hospital with appropriate institutional permission. All data were anonymized prior to analysis, and no personally identifiable information was accessed or stored. All procedures were conducted in accordance with applicable ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
: Institutional authorization was obtained from the collaborating hospital to use anonymized CT imaging data for research purposes. The dataset contained no personal identifiers, and therefore individual patient consent was not required.
