Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee, Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of Kasturba Medical College and Kasturba Hospital (IEC2-248/2024). The study was registered with the Clinical Trials Registry India (CTRI/2024/05/067895) on May 27, 2024.
