: High levels of racial discrimination were significantly related to high levels of college student internalizing symptoms, health problems, and risky behavior. The links between racial discrimination and health problems and risky behavior were stronger among European Americans compared to ethnic minorities. Supportive parent-youth relationships attenuated the links between racial discrimination and adjustment among ethnic minority participants, whereas parent-youth relationships magnified these links among European Americans.
