: Positive childhood experiences, such as supportive relationships and safe environments, play an important role in mental health. This study summarizes evidence from multiple studies and shows how these positive experiences are linked with lower risk of depression and anxiety. These findings highlight that fostering positive experiences in childhood can help prevent emotional disorders later in life and may guide future programs and policies that support child well-being.
