: Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants (the production manager, supervisors, machine operators, helpers, and dispatch personnel) prior to their involvement in interviews, observations, and training sessions. The owner of the workshop also provided written consent for the conduct of the case study and for the publication of anonymized findings. No personally identifying information is reported in the manuscript.
