The original data was collected and used as internal agency operational data for the San Francisco Human Services Agency (SFHSA). Consent to participate in the survey is implied by participation in the survey. SFHSA also shared the following introductory statement with all potential participants: During this uncertain time, the Human Services Agency wants to know how best to help its clients, both now and when the shelter-in-place order ends. If you could answer the questions below, it would help us better understand your current needs and help us better prepare to meet the needs of all of our clients.
