: Our study was based solely on publicly available Twitter data and did not perform any clinical intervention. The patients voluntarily provided all the information in their tweets or profile description. To adhere to ethical norms and maintain user privacy, we only publish aggregated results that do not reveal the specific users. The examples containing direct quotes from tweets are presented in this study after obtaining informed consent from their authors.
