: This study employs an organizational autoethnographic methodology, derived from the regular work practices of the research team. It has received official approval from Guangdong Open University and Guangdong Academic Credit Bank (the participating organizations). The ethical review confirmed that the study’s design, which focuses on organizational work processes and incorporates strict anonymization of individual information, meets academic ethical requirements.
: All individual participants were provided with detailed information about the research (including its purpose, process, anonymization of real names and positions, and withdrawal rights) prior to their involvement. Oral informed consent was obtained from each participant, who voluntarily agreed to participate. The anonymization measures ensure the protection of participants’ privacy, and the oral consent form is consistent with the ethical approval and organizational authorization obtained for the study.
