: MenSCs were obtained from the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC, Division of Life Sciences and Medicine, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, Anhui, China. The collection of the MenSCs was approved under IRB code NO. 2021KY015, and all the patients signed informed consent before participating in the study. All procedures were conducted according to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.All animal experiments were conducted by the Guide for the Care and Use of Animals for Research Purposes. All the procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (code no. 2022-N(A)-119, Title: Regulatory network of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in menstrual blood stem cells repairing thin endometrial fertility.
