: All study procedures conducted adhered to the ethical standards set forth by the institutional and national research committee, aligning with the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments. This study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR1900024273) and received approval from the local ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the Liuzhou Municipal Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital. Prior to enrollment, written informed consent was procured from all participants.
