: The present study is part of the larger project titled “METABOLIC SYNDROME: METABOLIC, OXIDATIVE, AND INFLAMMATORY RESPONSES TO PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS IN CHILDREN AGED 4 TO 11 YEARS,” ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Goiás (approval number 5.730.768/2022).
