: Thirty male albino rats (150–200 g) were supplied by the Experimental Animal Center, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University. Animals were maintained at slandered temperature and humidity. Rats were fed a standard rat pellet chow with free access to tap water ad libitum for 1 week before the experiment for acclimatization. the Experimental Animal protocol was approved by the Scientific Research Ethics Committee of King Saud University (KSU-SE-19–33).
