: Human cells were obtained from HD patients and controls upon approval of the Ethics Committee of the General University Hospital, Prague (decision no. 1,773,119 S-tV from 17.10.2019) and relevant informed consents were signed by the participants of the study. All procedures involving human cells were conducted in accordance with institutional and national ethical guidelines, as well as the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consents were obtained from all donors or their legally authorized representatives before sample collection. Commercially available GM09197 and GM05539 fibroblast lines used in this study were obtained through secondary distribution with the approval of the Coriell Institute for Medical Research.
