: The analysis of the in vivo samples were conducted as part of a clinical study approved by the National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy of Hungary (identifier: BM/13218-1/2023, issued on 1 June 2023). The patient’s legal guardians had provided written informed consent for the publication of the patient’s clinical and demographic data, as well as the laboratory test results reported. A letter of approval regarding self-sampling was received from the Regional and Institutional Research Ethics Committee, Semmelweis University (issued on 29 January 2026, ref. SE RKEB 175/023). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Clinical trial number: not applicable.
