: This study was conducted online, and no healthcare practitioners were involved in patient recruitment. The survey fell under the scope of market research and did not fall under the scope of regulations regarding clinical/observational studies or research involving humans. Therefore, submission to an ethical committee was not required. This research was conducted in accordance with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, and its later amendments, as well as British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association’s Legal & Ethical Guidelines for Market Research, the European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association, the European Society for Opinion and Market Research, and the Assirm Codes of Conduct.
