: Since this was a survey collecting patient preferences for different formats of the PIL and no other sensitive personal data, the need for ethics review was exempted by Swedish legislation. Patients received written information on what the aim of the study was and either agreed or disagreed to participate, as well as information that they could stop participating at any time. No data was collected that were traceable back to the participants.
