: The study was conducted following the ethical standards of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Institutional review and approval were obtained from both participating centers: the Ethics Committee of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC)—Policlinico A. Gemelli, Rome, and the Ethics Committee of Mater Olbia Hospital, Olbia. While specific approval reference numbers were not recorded for this manuscript version, all patients provided written informed consent before participation, and the study protocol was reviewed and authorized locally by both institutions.
: All patient’s data were recorded as case report form or data sheet, an alphanumeric code was assigned to each patient composed by capital letters of name and surname, 2 numbers specific for each center which participate to the study, followed by another number for identify the patient enrolled in the study.
