: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (UNZABREC) IRB00001131 of IORG0000774 and National Health Research Authority (NHRA) NHRA00003/25/09/2020. Permission to conduct the study was also obtained from Central Provincial Health Office in Kabwe, Chibombo District Health Office in Chisamba and from all in-charges from the 8 facilities where the study was conducted. All participants provided verbal consent, and anonymity and confidentiality were ensured. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
