: All participants received written (and oral, for the interview) information prior to participation. Participants were informed about the aim of the study; that their participation was voluntary; and that their information would be used for research purposes only and treated with confidence. Local Headteachers and Educational Administrators gave their consent to participate in the questionnaire surveys by completing the electronic questionnaires. All participants in the qualitative study gave verbal consent to participation, audio-recording of the interviews, and use of their data for research. According to Danish law, written consent is not required if data is used for research purposes only.
