: Our intervention was primarily an educational enhancement, closely aligned with standard academic curriculum and typical pedagogical practices. Our approach posed no potential harm or discomfort to students and can be seen as a regular instructional strategy rather than a clinical intervention. Therefore, we didn’t seek external ethical approval.
: We ensured complete transparency and responsibility by obtaining informed consent from all participants’ guardians. Parents and guardians, and schools were provided with a clear overview of the study’s intent and procedures, allowing them to make a well-informed decision about their child’s participation. Moreover, rigorous measures were adopted to maintain data privacy and confidentiality and families were given the option to not participate in the study or to ask for the data regarding their child being eliminated from our databases.
