: A signed informed consent statement was obtained from all participants of this study in which the research aims and their confidentiality rights were explained. They were free to request the removal of their data from the research at any point of the study. Due to the agreement of confidentiality, the names of the interviewees were changed. Moreover, participation in the study was voluntary. The participants did not receive any money or other benefits in exchange for their collaboration. The study was performed under the ethical standards of the Helsinki declaration of 1964 and approved by the Brazililian Ethics Committee and exempted from the Dutch Ethical Committee due to the absence of a social science pannel.
