This was granted exemption from the Centre for Social Policy Studies, under the College of Humanities, the University of Ghana. The reason for the exemption was that the study has very minimal risk to human beings since the area of study (TVET) does not involve experiments from the scientific laboratory however, an introductory letter was provided to be given to participants of the study for their consent before the study was conducted.
