: The Ethics Committee of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health approved the study on December 18, 2020, and the study followed the Finnish research ethics practice (TENK ). All procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000. In Finland, answering the survey is primarily considered an indication of consent to participate in the research and to allow the use of the material in the research. All participants were provided with a formal covering letter explaining the background of the study, that participation in the study is completely voluntary and anonymous, and that responding to the questionnaire is interpreted as informed consent to take part in the study.
