: Due to the absence of an operational ethics committee at the institution during the study period, ethical approval could not be obtained. Instead, formal permission was secured from the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and Heads of Departments. Prior to participation, all students were required to electronically sign a consent form, ensuring informed participation. To maintain confidentiality and accuracy in addressing this sensitive subject, the survey was conducted in a one-on-one setting, allowing participants to respond privately and without external influence.
