: This study builds upon the doctoral dissertation of the lead and corresponding author, which explored the factors influencing both the use and nonuse of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in higher education institutions in Ghana. Ethical approval for the original research was obtained from the Ethics Committee for the Humanities at the University of Ghana (Clearance Number: ECH119/15–16).
