: The study protocol was reviewed and approved for ethical consideration by the ethics sub-committee of St. Mary’s University, London. This research was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards set out in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments, or with comparable ethical standards. The data were stored and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation under the Data Protection Act 2018.
: A participation information sheet and a consent form were sent via email to the potential interviewee prior to the data collection. The consent form was signed by the interviewee and sent back to the researcher prior to the interviews. All interviewees were assigned a code known only to the researcher to ensure anonymity.
: There is no conflict of interest. This study received a student thesis grant from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC). The funding authority had no influence on this research.
