: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ghana Communication Technology University Research Ethics Committee (Approval No. GCTU/EREA/087). The Committee reviewed and approved the research protocol, including the study design, data collection procedures, and data protection measures. Approval was granted on the condition that informed consent was obtained from all participants, confidentiality and anonymity were strictly maintained, and the study adhered to the approved methodology. In addition, formal permission was secured from the participating industries in accordance with their internal research and confidentiality requirements. The study involved the collection of self-reported survey data only and did not include any medical, clinical, or experimental procedures. The research was conducted in line with the Declaration of Helsinki (2013) and relevant national and institutional ethical guidelines.
