: This research involved interviews with human participants and was conducted in accordance with established ethical guidelines for qualitative research. Prior to each interview, participants were informed about the purpose and scope of the study, their right to confidentiality, and their ability to withdraw at any time without consequence. All participants provided informed consent verbally before participation, and consent was also obtained for recording the interviews.Given the non-sensitive nature of the questions and the professional context of participants, formal ethics committee approval was not sought. However, the research design adhered strictly to principles of research integrity, voluntary participation, and data protection.
: All participants were informed about the inclusion of their professional identity (name, role, and affiliation) in the methodology section and gave explicit consent for this information to be published. No personal or sensitive data are included in the results section, where all responses were anonymized using coded identifiers (e.g., “Participant A”). Verbal consent for publication was obtained prior to the interviews.
