: Ethical approval is not required as the research conducted does not involve humans or animals. Furthermore, the authors have confirmed that the nature of the study does not require ethical approval. This study, conducted in the unique socio-political context of the Gaza Strip, focuses on market research within the financial sector. Due to the absence of a formal institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee in the region, formal ethics approval was not obtainable. Despite this, we were committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in our research. To this end, all participants were informed about the nature and objectives of the study and their rights to confidentiality and voluntary participation. Informed consent was obtained from each respondent, ensuring they understood their involvement and could withdraw without consequence. No personally identifiable information was collected as part of our study, and access to the research data was restricted to the research team. The tools used in our study were designed to be non-invasive, and sensitive topics were approached with respect and consideration for the participants' well-being.
