: The protocol of this study was approved by the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI), Kenya (No 2950/0614/2017). The authors obtained informed consent from all participants in the study to use their data in scientific publication. Only adults (> 18 years old) were involved in this study.
