: As mentioned in the paper, there was no chance to submit for Research Ethics Board (REB) permission as there was no institutional ethical body for authorizing social science studies. Because of this academic restriction, the research did not need to get ethical clearance. Moreover, neither clinical data about respondents nor clinical trials have been done. So, the statement does not apply to this study.
: Informed consent was obtained from all the participants individually. Moreover, the interview followed a tight code of ethics. Respondents were assured they could exit the interview at any point. They were guaranteed that their information would be kept private, so they happily participated in an interview. The aims and advantages of the research were explained to the respondents. Furthermore, neither clinical data about respondents nor the interview itself was configured as a clinical trial.
