: The name of the ethics committee is Research Ethics Committee of Arba Minch University, under which all researchers mandatorily abide. The protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Arba Minch University in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Committee addressing the research participants. The main participants were the office experts who were contacted during the fieldwork. Besides, the attendees of focus group discussions and key informant interviews were the other participants of this study. For all participants the purpose of the study was clarified ahead of the data collection.

: The informed consent to participate was obtained from all the participants. With respect to this, the photos of the study participants, namely, the focus groups and key informant interviews attendees were taken and inserted in the texts clarifying the fact that the purpose was only for the research purpose through which the consent was fully assured during the data collection phase for the photos to be published as part of the data acquisition and analysis procedures.
