: Ethical review and approval were waived by Takoradi Technical University (TTU) Research Ethics Committee for the study. This was due to the anonymity of interviewees and also no sensitive data were collected. All procedures for data collection were treated with confidentiality according to TTU’s Declaration on Ethics.
