Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The measurement instrument for survey data collection was developed with strict adherence to the Centre for Doctoral Studies, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) standard guidelines and regulations. Specific ethical approval from the ethical committee was not mandatory as the instrument did not seek the respondents' personal or biological details. Prior approval from the concerned Advisory Committee of MAHE was obtained, and their suggestions were incorporated before the questionnaire was administered to the sample respondents for data collection.
