: All the Codes of Good Practice of the Ethics Committees related to research on human beings were subscribed to in this study. We followed the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines, and all participants gave informed consent. The project and the instruments were registered in the research program of the Hermes Group of Educational Research and the Alexandreia Group of Research in Social Sciences and Humanities, both of the University of Extremadura (Spain) and signed by the research director of these groups. Also, within the project's scope, the application of these instruments was approved within an ongoing research registered at the University of Évora (with registration code 496293 of the Portuguese Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education). The development of the present study was registered and approved by the Ethics Committees of the EduInnovagogy (HUM-971) and the Observatory on Mediation and Social Intervention in Organizations (ref. 940102). All human participants provided verbal and written consent to participate in the study.
