: Universiti Utara Malaysia Ethical Committee approved this study to conducted with adherence to assure welfare and respect both during and after the study. Following their clear consent to be included in this study, the survey findings were based in Malaysia. Additionally, ethical considerations are taken into account when collecting data, and the survey participants' top concerns were privacy and information security. The Ethical Board Committee of Universiti Utara Malaysia's Department of Research and Innovation granted ethical approval for the project. A total of 492 people participated in the survey, which was conducted in accordance with institutional procedures. In accordance with institutional policies, written informed consent was acquired. Universiti Utara Malaysia provided official permission for all study protocols.
